In 2011, the Association des Loisirs St-Bernard had the idea of celebrating the seasons. Hence the idea to organize Neguac Celebrates Winter, an event taking place at the end of February. The day includes activities such as: a giant outdoor slide, a snow sculpture competition, a snowshoe hike etc.
